Terms & Conditions

All orders are accepted on the following Terms & Conditions:

Payment
Internet Orders – Full payment by credit or debit card on date of order.
Show/Telephone Orders – Minimum 20% deposit by cheque, cash, credit or debit card with balance payable prior to or, at time of delivery.

Delivery
We aim to make delivery within 14-21 days from date of order however, at peak times delivery may take up to 28 days. Due to changes in stock levels, works breakdown and delay in travel, delivery dates and times cannot always be guaranteed but any delay will be immediately advised and a new time/date agreed.
The Green Room provide delivery throughout mainland England and Wales and prices are calculated by weight up to a maximum of £40 per order. For other areas, please contact the office for further details.

Prices
The Green Room reserves the right to alter prices regardless of any price list existing at any given time.
Prices are only accepted following the issue of an official order form/invoice (paper or e-mail) from The Green Room.

Cancellations
Cancellation of an order may be made up to 48 hours before delivery and a full refund will be honoured. Any cancellation after this point will be subject to the delivery charge and only the furniture price will be refunded.

Product Descriptions
Please Note: Due to lighting conditions some items may appear a different colour. All of the furniture displayed is Grade A Teak from the same source. As with all natural products such as timber, there may be slight variations in colour which is a natural feature of the product.
